Do you ship to my Country?

We offer shipping Wolrdwide

When do I expect delivery?

Most of our collections are handmade and made to order. Please allow 1 to 2 weeks to process your orders.

With your your order confirmation email, we will provide you with more information about expected shipping deadlines . You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

How much costs shipping to my address?

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout once you provide your country of destination.

We usually ship using express methods like DHL or Fedex or EMS at a fraction of their usual costs. We share costs with our buyers.

Will I pay import duties?

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Opal Bazaar is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. 

If you haven’t received your order within 3 weeks of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at customer@opalbazaar.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

Shipping to P.O. boxes!

if you address bares a P.O box, please be aware that Express shipping carrier providers don't deliver to P.O boxes because they require signature. We have a solution for you please contact us at our email (customer@opalbazaar.com).
